Disney Magic Cruise Ship embarkation photos
below. Apparently we arrived at the right time, as we checked in immediately by giving
the Disney counter clerk our documents, & credit card info. He gave us our
Disney Key to the World Cards, which are used as a pass cards to
leave & board the Disney Wonder, as stateroom keys, and shipboard charge cards
(also charge on Castaway Cay). We waited in the line to go through
the Mickey Ears Entrance for some time, & it was good we were near the front of
the very long line. The line seemed to move well, though. As we were boarding, we moved to a toe line, placed
our Key to the World Card in a slot, and a digital photo was taken, which associated us
with our Key to the World Card.
The Disney Sailaway is more festive than the other cruises we've
taken. The confetti & streamers of yesteryear are no longer used by
cruise lines, but the Disney Magic (& Disney Wonder) found another way,
BUBBLES floating everywhere.
